This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This information is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR EU 2016/679 and the national legislation in force, to those who interact with the web services of DEMENEGO SpA, accessible electronically from the address www.demenego.it, corresponding to the home page of the official website of DEMENEGO SpA.
This information applies only to the website of DEMENEGO SpA and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.
The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, brought together in the Working Party established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

1. The data controller

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The "owner" of their processing is DEMENEGO SpA, which has its head office in Via Nazionale 49 - 32042 Calalzo di Cadore (BL).

2. 'Person responsible' for processing

DigitalSense srl has been designated as the external data processor pursuant to Article 28 of the EU Reg. 2016/679 and the applicable national legislation, as the provider of services for the development and maintenance of the web platform, as well as for the provision and operational management of the technological platforms used.

3. Place of data processing

The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the aforementioned registered office of the Company and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing. In case of necessity, the data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by the staff of the company in charge of the maintenance of the technological part of the website, which is DigitalSense (responsible for the processing pursuant to art. 28 EU Reg. 2016/679 and the national legislation in force), at the same company's head office.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated outside the European Community.
The personal data provided by users who request information material (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are not disclosed to third parties.

4. Type of data processed

4.1 Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

4.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, including through the completion of specific forms, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

The data will essentially be processed for the following specific purposes:

  • Inquiries about services provided and products/solutions marketed directly by DEMENEGO SpA;
  • Reports of any kind, also sent via contact form;
  • Sending information and/or personal data for the purpose of establishing a professional collaboration;
  • Sending of informative newsletters, if subscribed to the appropriate service;

Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

5. Optional provision of data

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms or indicated in contacts to request the newsletter, information material or other communications.
Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

6. Processing methods

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

7. Transfer of your information abroad

The personal data provided, entered via this or other websites, may be transferred to other countries by us or our agents in order to fulfil contractual obligations and mandatory intra-group communication and/or franchising obligations, in full compliance with Art. 44 et seq. of GDPR 2016/679 or for exclusively technical reasons related to the structure of the company's Information System and/or the application of technical and organisational security measures deemed appropriate by the Data Controller (cited Art. 32 GDPR 2016/679) .

8. Rights of the persons concerned

The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to be informed of their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request that they be supplemented, updated or corrected (Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and current national legislation).

9. Right of complaint

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this website is in breach of the provisions of the GDPR 2016/679 have the right to lodge a complaint with Istituto DEMENEGO SpA, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR 2016/679, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the GDPR 2016/679).

11. Retention periods of data

The data provided will be stored in our archives according to the following parameters:

  • For any data provided voluntarily: until the service is provided ("principle of storage limitation", art.5 of EU Regulation 2016/679) or according to the deadlines provided for by the Law. A check on the obsolescence of the retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
  • For marketing purposes: 24 months;
