Yes, to place an order on demenego.co.uk you need to register. You can create your account at this link by entering your email address and choosing a password. You can also create an account directly when ordering.

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it. Go to the login page, enter your username/email address and click "forgot your password?". A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you registered with.

You will receive updates on the status of your order automatically on the email address you registered with.

 

You can find the size guide in the tab for each pair of glasses on the website.

The tax code is only required at the time of purchase if an invoice is requested. The tax code is required in order to receive the invoice.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to know whether a particular product will be restocked. We recommend that you contact your nearest shop to request availability from the manufacturer and to proceed directly with payment.

We package the product using the utmost care to ensure that the product is delivered intact. The product is shipped with the original packaging provided by the manufacturer.

The customer shall bear customs duties and/or additional costs if the shipment is to a non-European country.

The customer has the right to proceed with the return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reasons.

You can request the return of a product by filling out the contact form on the Customer Service and Returns page in your User Area (you must be logged in).

Make sure that the glasses are in their original packaging and that they have all the original components (case, pouch, accessories, supports, additional components, etc.). Pay particular attention to the Guarantee Seal: removing it and/or tampering with it will make it impossible to exercise the right of withdrawal and thus obtain a refund.

It would be preferable to keep and return the goods with the original Demenego box in which they were shipped. However, this is not binding for the acceptance of the return. However, we recommend packaging that will protect the goods from impact or damage.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the CUSTOMER for the initial transaction. Demenego reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods.

Demenego shall reimburse all payments received from the CUSTOMER for the cancelled contract, including delivery costs for EU countries and retaining €31.00 for non-EU countries.

It is not possible to return a customised article except for manufacturing defects.
