Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics is an expression of all those principles and values that Demenego has decided to embrace for the proper and fair management of its business activities.
The same, outlines the objectives and fundamental norms of behavior that each Demenego manager, employee or collaborator is required to observe in the performance of his or her work activities or when interacting with third parties.
For this reason, the Code of Ethics, as an expression of values such as loyalty, honesty, uprightness, transparency, confidentiality, respect for the law, moral integrity, safety and respect for the environment, also becomes a valid tool for preventing unlawful or improper behavior put in place by those acting in the name of Demenego and contributes to enhancing the reputation and credibility of Demenego itself in the economic and commercial context in which it operates.
The adoption in the Code of Ethics of some specific rules of conduct, such as those pertaining to the management of relations with the Public Administration, represents, moreover, a clear manifestation of Demenego's commitment to the prevention of the crimes referred to in Legislative Decree 231/01 on the regulation of the administrative liability of legal persons.
